Latest on Our Real Estate Projects

So, about that triplex on Gunn Street we’ve been talking about? We finally got all the permits sorted out and have been full steam ahead with the construction. We passed the electrical inspections on two of the units—big relief there. Plumbing’s almost done too, just a day away from getting the green light. We also added a back deck, which should be a nice touch for the future owners. We’re looking to wrap up and list this place by June 1st. Fingers crossed everything goes to plan!

It’s My Birthday Month!

Yep, it’s that time of the year—my birthday’s on May 23rd. I hear there’s a surprise coming my way. No clue what it is, but I’m looking forward to it. Always good to have something to keep you guessing, right?

On the Business Front

We’re close to sealing the deal on acquiring a property management company in Sudbury. This should help us manage things more smoothly. Plus, we’re about to launch our new franchise business. Just tying up some legal stuff, getting the trademark sorted, and we should be good to go in a couple of months.
