With property management, the season is changing into fall. The fall school year is restarting, which means parents, teachers and anyone involved in the education system- are turning their focus to back-to-school preparation. We applaud them for everything they do for our kids! The summer has been successful in renting available units but with the season changing, and focuses turning, that reflects on the speed of market growth and closing rental agreements.
PMB Renovations Team are currently working on a basement renovation project. Welcome to you to view our comprehensive renovations project where we transform spaces to meet modern needs and exceed investors expectations. Our mission is to revitalize and upgrade every detail whether big or small ensuring enhanced functionality, aesthetic appeal, and overall value. The basement has been gutted and is being corrected, rebuilt as well as being updated and modified to modern features and expectations.
Investing has taken on the project at 223 Dunlop St. If you have been following along, this is our newest investment project. This is a single-family home being converted into a triplex. The current status of this project is under construction. We have been working around the clock to have the clean-up process completed. The house is being emptied of old furniture and abandoned belongings and is being cleaned up from the inside out. The yard is being cleared of garbage, debris and anything undesired. Our next steps conclude inspections and the demolition of the interior to remove all the guts and keeping the bones.
Franchising has been a lengthy process. There are a lot of legalities involved in franchising your business. We have developed a franchising system at Property Management Brokers to offer an opportunity of growth, interviewing potential candidates to start sales and marketing. As we are growing with investors and signing new management agreements, accepting more rentals and taking on more. This is an opportunity for our investors to have more to gain. From conceptual design to final touches, we are dedicated to deliver the exceptional results that breathe new life into your investment. This project at 9 Gunn St. property has finally completed and we are incredibly proud of the transformation. To recap for anyone who has not been following, this was a triplex unit that needed to be rebuilt. Two out of three units were completely transformed and by completely- we mean quite literally everything-from bedroom, kitchen layouts to flooring, lighting, plumbing, landscaping, and electrical has all been removed and reinstalled to benefit the value but to also maximize the functionality of available space within the units themselves.
