So, What’s New?
Well, last month we made a big move and snagged a property management company up in Sudbury. It’s pretty cool – we’ve got a mix of houses, small multiplex buildings, and even a cooperative property managed by the city. We’re pumped to grow our family and serve you better!
What’s Next?
But hey, we’re not stopping there. Nope, we’ve got our eyes set on Windsor next. Prices are good, and rents are on the upswing, so it’s a no-brainer for us. And get this – we’re thinking about starting a franchise system to support more locations. Exciting times ahead!

Now, here’s the deal – we’re on the lookout for partners who want to join our adventure. Whether you’re into Sudbury, Windsor, or anywhere else, there’s plenty of room for us to grow together. Our property management fees are straightforward (%), and we’ll hook you up with one month’s rent for finding and placing tenants. Simple as that.
