August Updates from Richard Brisson
Hi Everyone,
Richard here. I wanted to give you all a quick update on what’s been going on in my world lately. It’s been a busy month, and I’ve got some exciting news to share!
Moving to a New Place
I’m moving into one of my newly renovated triplexes on Gunn Street. The final inspection is happening today, and I’m all set to make the move next week. This place was meant to be a quick flip, but it just made sense for me to move in instead. It’s my third triplex where I’ve lived while renovating, and it’s been quite the experience. I love having more space and being right in the middle of my own projects.
Fixing Up Dunlop Street
We’ve got a project going on Dunlop Street with a single-family home that needed a lot of TLC. It was a real mess, but we’ve started cleaning up, and we’re getting ready to turn it into a triplex. We’re about two weeks away from starting the major renovations. The plan is for two two-bedroom units and a one-bedroom in the basement. We’re also raising funds to help get this project off the ground.
Still on the Carnivore Diet
On a personal note, I’m sticking with my carnivore diet. I’ve hit a plateau, but I’m determined to get past it. Eating steak is pretty great, and I’ve got some photos to prove it. I’ll share some of my favorite meals with you all in this newsletter.
